In this Malibu Beach oceanfront property project, we were honored to meet a client and an interior designer (Dawn Alane-Kelmenson of D&D Creations www.dawnalanekelmenson.com) who greatly appreciates art. We couldn’t be more excited to perform our work and share our ideas because art is what we do. We believe, and so does the client, that the results can speak for themselves. We constructed all the millwork shown here, including the built-in closets, nightstands, desks, and vanity. The number of details the client agreed for us to implement created a unique and upscale space. Check out the floating drywall with the LED strip underneath, the interior doors with reveals instead of casings, the flush stone, switches, and outlets separated from the semi-gloss Venetian plaster by an architectural reveal, the trim-less recessed lighting, and more.
