A complete remodel took place before this condominium hit the market in February 2022. In this project we matched existing cabinets with some new ones, as well as matched the custom wood flooring pattern and finish, plus added some quirky art work and furniture. This resulted in a sale in less than a week, at a significantly higher amount over asking price.
