This is the third project we are executing to our developer client. The project took place on the third floor of three-story condominium building. Condominiums are always very complex projects as we need to pay extra attention to the neighbors who are sharing walls, pipes and wires with the unit we are working on. This project was very invasive as we had to remove structural walls, carry beams with a crane through the balcony, and completely redo the pipes and the electrical in the unit. 

Our custom cabinets and millwork pieces are spread all throughout the apartment, and together with our close attention to details in all the other trades involved, we elevated the look and the value of the property.
